The colourful guesthouse of Loma-Paksu and foster home Päiviö are situated in an idyllic Lappish courtyard only 10 kilometers away from Levi center in a small village called Köngäs in the Kittilä municipality. The Paksu hill is surrounded with scenic views of fields, lakes and nearby fells. There is a huge Lappish hut, a spacious group activity room and two saunas at your disposal. Our goal is to be an active and involving community where people are met with sincere and genuine Lappish hospitality. Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend!
The Paksu family has lived on the hill of Paksu since the 17th century. To this day Loma-Paksu is run by the descendants and their families. We offer accommodation, food and a vast range of wellness services. You will find reindeer and husky farms within walking distance as well as a vast network of snowmobile routes and cross country ski tracks that leave right from our yard! Levi center also offers a wide range of activities. See more at http://www.levi.fi
